What will your mission be?

You will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and motivating a team of agents, ensuring operational and quality targets are met while fostering a positive, high-performance work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Management: Oversee daily team performance, ensuring appropriate service coverage, achievement of assigned KPIs (quality, productivity, etc.), and real-time incident resolution.
- Leadership & Development: Conduct coaching sessions, 1-on-1s, and continuous feedback to enhance individual and team performance. Foster a collaborative environment built on trust.
- Monitoring & Control: Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies, monitor absenteeism, and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Continuous Improvement:



Identify process improvement opportunities and propose key initiatives to optimize service efficiency.

What are we looking for?

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a Contact Center environment.
- Education: University degree (completed or expected to complete within the next 2 years).
- Languages: Minimum C1 level in English (essential for internal communication and international clients), plus native proficiency in one of the required languages.
- Key Skills:
- - Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to motivate, influence, and develop talent.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of making decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication, active listening, empathy, and assertiveness.
