Experteer Overview In this role you support compensation and benefits programs across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, applying market data, job evaluation, and vendor coordination to inform regional decisions. You work with internal HR and business stakeholders as well as external providers to administer and improve total rewards processes. You contribute to market analyses, salary planning, and benefits benchmarking, ensuring data accuracy and local relevance. This is a cross-functional position that shapes regional total rewards programs within Align’s innovative dental technology environment.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Support market analyses and job evaluation for new and reclassified roles
- Assist annual country-specific salary, benefits, and salary increase surveys
- Perform compensation analyses and modeling (compa-ratio, salary ranges, market positioning)




- Maintain regional salary market data in Excel and databases
- Support benefits data maintenance with brokers and local HR teams
- Assist benchmarking activities for employee benefits
- Prepare education and communications on compensation and benefits
- Monitor trends and regulatory changes in compensation and benefits
- Support regional compensation planning process and HRIS coordination
- Assist vendor coordination with market data providers and insurers
- Prepare recurring compensation and benefits metrics and reports
