What you will do: The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the general company project and its customers. As an Engineering Manager in the Customer eXperience vertical you will be in charge of: Working with top-notch tech stack including Java 17, BigData (Kafka, BigTable, Redis, PostgreSQL), LLMs, Datamesh, Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud, Sonarqube and Datadog Collaborating with Product, Business, Architecture, Data Science to shape the technical strategy and evolution of the Payments domain, define the technical strategy for your modules and ensure their optimal performance Helping your team translate functional specifications into high-performance logical technical design and code and split the work into smaller tasks that add quick value to customers Leading a high performing cross functional agile team of 7-10 experienced software engineers and developers Taking an active role in finding and hiring the best talent available, in collaboration with our recruiters, and onboard new joiners into our culture of high performance, collaboration and growth Managing performance, setting goals and prioritising work for your team, balancing the capacity of the team Establish a sense of identity, engagement and belonging in your team, and improve team dynamics - in collaboration with your dedicated agile coach Ability to take fast and data driven decisions High standards around quality and technical excellence in coding Knowledge and experience with coding, OO design, system design, performance tuning, performance engineering, design patterns, data modelling Java and code base knowledge Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-powered coding assistants. Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into software development workflows.

Collaboration with AI: Experience or interest in collaborating closely with AI tools as "pair programmers" to complement traditional software development practices. What’s in it for you?
