ph3The Opportunity /h3 pAs a bConsulting Operations Specialist /b, you’ll become the operational heartbeat of the Consulting organisation. /p pWorking closely with the Consulting Leadership team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring consultants are effectively allocated across projects, future resource requirements are planned, and the business has the operational insight needed to make informed decisions. /p pThis role offers a unique blend of analytical thinking and operational coordination. You’ll be forecasting future resource needs, managing consultant utilisation, maintaining operational reporting and ensuring projects are staffed effectively—all while acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership. /p pYou’ll have significant visibility across the business and play an important role in supporting the continued growth of a rapidly expanding consulting organisation. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPartner with Consulting Leadership to coordinate consultant allocation across client projects. /li liManage consultant utilisation, bench planning and future resource forecasting. /li liMonitor project demand and upcoming delivery schedules. /li liProduce reporting and dashboards covering utilisation, capacity and operational performance. /li liMaintain resource planning models, operational trackers and planning spreadsheets. /li liIdentify potential resource constraints and proactively recommend solutions. /li liCoordinate internal planning meetings and operational activities.



/li liSupport the continual improvement of consulting operations, planning processes and delivery workflows. /li liWork closely with Sales, Customer Success and Consulting teams to ensure smooth project mobilisation. /li liProvide operational support to senior leadership as the Consulting organisation continues to grow. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pWe’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical ability with exceptional organisational skills. /p pYou’ll naturally enjoy creating structure, solving operational challenges and keeping multiple moving parts running smoothly. You’re equally comfortable analysing data as you are coordinating people and managing priorities. /p pYou’ll ideally have: /p ul liExperience within Consulting Operations, Professional Services, Resource Management, Operations or Project Coordination. /li liStrong Excel or Google Sheets skills with confidence working with large datasets and planning models. /li liExcellent numerical and analytical capability. /li liOutstanding organisational skills and attention to detail. /li liThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. /li liStrong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders. /li liA proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and operational efficiency. /li liPrevious experience within a SaaS or software business would be advantageous but is not essential. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
