Profile

- Strong solution architecture background. Solution architecture is the discipline of taking a business problem and designing the complete technical answer: decomposing it into components, deciding how data flows between them, choosing integrations with existing enterprise systems, and weighing trade-offs (build vs. buy, performance, cost, security, maintainability) to produce a blueprint engineers can build from. This person can sit with a client, understand their landscape, and design a solution that actually fits it, rather than forcing a template.
- Deep agentic solutioning: can decompose a problem into agents, workflows, knowledge, tools,



and quality gates; design how context flows and how output is validated (evaluation, LLM-as-judge); and integrate it with the client's systems of record. Strong in LLM application patterns (RAG, orchestration, evaluation) and capable across at least one backend stack.
- Credible at both altitudes: can hold an architecture discussion with a client CTO and pair with a working squad on the same day. Ships reference implementations and teaches by example.
- Adoption-minded: builds the first solution as a pattern others fork and extend, and actively coaches client engineers toward self-sufficiency rather than creating dependence
