As Director, DDIT Development - Regulatory Affairs, you will be the strategic technology partner for Regulatory Affairs, shaping a global digital roadmap and delivering a high-impact technology portfolio. You’ll connect strategy, architecture, and execution to empower leaders with actionable insights, advancing regulatory excellence and patient outcomes. This role blends leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and technical vision to transform regulatory workflows.
You will drive a compelling, technically grounded agenda at scale, with a strong focus on AI-enabled life sciences solutions.

- Serve as the primary technology partner to Regulatory Affairs leaders and shape digital strategy
- Own Governance, processes, metrics, and decision frameworks for the Regulatory Affairs technology portfolio
- Prioritize initiatives based on value, feasibility, impact, and capacity
- Oversee portfolio delivery including timelines, budgets, quality, and benefits realization
- Develop business cases and project plans aligned to the technology roadmap
- Establish transparent reporting using KPIs and portfolio insights
- Anticipate risks, address delivery challenges, and drive resolution through stakeholder alignment
Responsabilidades
- 10+ years leading global technology or digital transformation in pharmaceutical or healthcare
- Strong expertise in strategic technology partnering and project portfolio management
- In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle and Agile Scrum delivery models
- Proven experience applying artificial xugodme intelligence in life sciences, including large language models and retrieval-augmented generation
- Demonstrated success leading complex programs with risk management and prioritization skills
- Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, and executive-level communication across technical and non-technical audiences
