In this role you will lead the end-to-end development of data science and ML solutions that address real-world business problems across the team.blue group. You will work at the intersection of AI, product thinking, and innovation to generate measurable impact on key metrics. You will take ownership from concept to production, translating model results into clear insights for stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will stay at the cutting edge of Data Science/ML/AI and apply new methods to improve systems and outcomes. This is a hands-on, impact-first role with a strong emphasis on ROI and scalable pipelines.

• Develop data science and ML solutions including GenAI
• Own end-to-end ML/AI project lifecycle from conception to deployment
• Translate analytical findings into actionable business insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver DS/ML/AI solutions




• Conduct research on latest DS/ML/AI developments and apply them
• Document processes, code, and findings for knowledge sharing

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years hands-on industry experience with DS/ML in real-world business problems
• Expert Python and SQL programming; experience with DS/ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, Pandas, PyTorch)
• Strong problem-solving ability and autonomy in under-specified problems
• Deep understanding of statistical and ML algorithms including ML methods and LLMs
• End-to-end ML/AI project lifecycle ownership from inception to deployment
• Hands-on ownership and production impact of projects
• Experience applying statistics (regressions, A/B tests, clustering) to business problems
• Strong communication skills to craft persuasive analyses
