Experteer Overview
In this role you will own the full lifecycle of global IT contracts, ensuring accurate maintenance and proactive management while collaborating with IT, Procurement, Finance and Legal. You will safeguard business continuity, optimize vendor relationships and identify value-enhancing opportunities across the general IT landscape. The role offers influence over strategic vendor management, continuous improvement and a path within an international, innovative environment. You will drive cross-functional alignment and contract excellence to support business success.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own end-to-end administrative lifecycle of global IT contracts and ensure governance
• Maintain a central repository for IT contracts including licences, SaaS, maintenance and key terms
• Monitor milestones, renewals and termination dates; coordinate actions with stakeholders
• Prepare reports on contract status, spend, renewals and consolidation opportunities for IT leadership and Procurement
• Collaborate with Procurement and Legal for negotiation support, reviews, amendments and NDAs
• Coordinate internal approval processes; ensure documentation is compliant, complete and secure




• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers; support audits and resolve contract queries
• Align contracts with purchase orders and invoices to ensure coherence

Responsabilidades
• Degree in IT Management, Procurement, Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Solid experience in IT contract management, IT procurement or vendor management
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, software licensing, SaaS and cloud services
• Experience with global technology vendors such as Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce, Snow Software or telecom providers is advantageous
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with integrity and discretion
• English language fluent
