As a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Cost Manager, you will lead cost control and planning for complex data centre projects. You will act as the client-facing interface to ensure value, accuracy and timely reporting from concept through final account. You will guide procurement, change control and post-contract variances, while mentoring the cost management team. The role offers exposure to high-profile commissions and strategic opportunities within a global practice.
