While remaining strongly hands‑on (60–70%), this role carries clear managerial and financial ownership. /p pLeads the local team, manages depot costs, ensures efficient fleet turnaround, and drives continuous operational improvement. This role is accountable not only for execution, but for results. Reporting directly to the District Manager, you are responsible for delivering a high‑performing, cost‑efficient, and customer‑focused operation every day. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the end‑to‑end performance of the city depot across Rental and Servicing; /li liLead, supervise, and develop the local operational team, including shift and task planning and performance feedback; /li liBe a culture setter and a leader by example; /li liTrack daily KPIs and ensure the SOPs are being executed; /li liMonitor and improve vehicle unavailability, including stepping up to do repairs when needed; /li liOwn depot cost performance, including consumables,
