This role is central to how we bring our trade plans, seasonal campaigns, and local partnerships to life for customers. This is a temporary replacement role to cover a maternity leave; the contract duration is estimated at minimum 5 months and may be adjusted depending on the return date of the employee. /p pThe Marketing Specialist will own the end-to-end execution of store-level marketing initiatives — from GTM and trade plan implementation to seasonal events, social media, and store optimisation experimentation. They will coordinate with cross-functional teams including central marketing, brand design, analytics, and Brand Specialist Vendor managers, while monitoring store performance and flagging opportunities for improvement. /p pThe person in this role is responsible for segmenting, targeting, and communicating with customers to build awareness, attract new customers, and improve retention. They will also own Amazon Fresh in-store customer metrics and inform our editorial strategy based on those insights, implementing our brand positioning and tone of voice. /p pThe adecuado candidate thinks and acts strategically, translating roadmaps into scalable programs with strong attention to execution. They excel at managing cross-functional efforts, communicating effectively across teams, and navigating ambiguity.
