- 7+ years in AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Operations)
- Deep expertise in at least one AECO sub-industry
- Proven experience leading customer engagements from strategy through implementation
- Hands-on experience with Autodesk technologies relevant to your domain
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams via influence, not formal authority
- Excellent workshop, communication and executive presentation skills
- Strong change management and technology adoption understanding
