¿Qué harás en tu reciente puesto?
- Partner with senior business leaders to support organizational effectiveness and align HR strategies with business priorities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing processes, including workforce planning, candidate selection, and offer management
- Drive core people processes such as performance management, talent development, succession planning, and career progression
- Support organizational design and transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth change management and employee engagement
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on all HR-related matters
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, employee relations, and offboarding
- Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and compliance with HR policies and processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and simplification of HR processes, tools,



and practices
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and corporate governance standards
- Monitor HR metrics and key people indicators to support data-driven decision-making
- Foster a strong feedback culture, proactively identifying organizational and people-related needs
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in Human Resources or a related field
- Solid experience in HR roles (minimum approx. 8 years), including HR Business Partnering or generalist responsibilities in an international environment
- Previous exposure to the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations
- Good understanding of Spanish labor law and employment regulations
- Proven ability to support organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Pragmatic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within international and cross-functional teams
- Strong business acumen and customer-oriented approach
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
