Experteer Overview In this role, you drive inclusive digital experiences across Schneider Digital, ensuring websites and products are accessible to everyone. You will lead accessibility audits, advocate WCAG-driven design across teams, and embed inclusive practices in the product lifecycle. You collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to raise accessibility standards and monitor progress. - Develop and promote accessibility strategy, governance, and guidelines across digital teams
- Conduct comprehensive accessibility audits (manual and automated) and provide remediation recommendations to design/engineering/product teams
- Provide training and coaching on accessibility best practices for designers, developers, and content creators; coordinate with projectmanagers and product owners
- Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2, ADA, Section 508,



and EU Web Accessibility Directive; maintain documentation and reporting
- Gather user feedback from people with disabilities and drive continuous improvement by embedding inclusive design early in the development processResponsabilidades
- Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 and related integral regulations (ADA, Section 508, EU Directive)
- Experience conducting accessibility audits using automated tools and manual assistive technologies
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and their impact on accessibility
- Understanding of usability principles and user-centered design
- Excellent written and spoken English with cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented mindset
