You’ll work closely with brokers, lawyers, private equity sponsors and corporate clients to deliver bespoke insurance solutions that support MA transactions across a range of sectors and deal sizes. /ppThis is a highly commercial, client-facing role that offers real variety, autonomy and exposure to complex, high-profile transactions. /ph3About the role /h3pOur TL Underwriters deliver an exceptional level of service within the fast-paced context of live MA transactions. /ppAs a new member of our highly succesful TL practice your responsibilities will include: /pulliUnderwriting Warranty Indemnity insurance for MA transactions across EMEA, with a predominant focus on France. /liliReviewing transaction documentation including SPAs, disclosure letters, tax deeds and due diligence reports, with particular attention to French law and market practice.



/liliActively developing broker and client relationships, including regular engagement with legal advisers, private equity sponsors and corporates. /liliSupporting business development activity, including travel to target markets and participation in networking opportunities. /liliContributing to thought leadership, research and the development of best practice within the Transaction Liability team. /li /ulh3About you /h3pbYou’ll be a fluent French and English speaker /b with experience in WI underwriting or a background as a qualified lawyer, MA professional or accountant with exposure to transactional work, and a desire to build long-term expertise within the WI market. /ppGiven your professional background, we expect you'll: /pulliA strong understanding of MA documentation and deal dynamics, particularly within the French market. /liliStrong relationship management skills, with confidence engaging with senior external stakeholders. /li /ulpTo thrive here, you'll have a proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
