Your mission Be a source of knowledge and solutions for our customers, deliver an outstanding guest service experience, and maximize occupancy through strong customer service. ·br/br/Navigate reservations systems and customer management systems such as MEWS. ·br/br/Understand the operational cycles of both short and long term residencies. ·br/br/Learn the art of auxillary income- how to generate additional sources of revenue. ·br/br/Maintain accurate records of reservations and activities and generate reports. ·br/br/Assist in planning and executing open houses, social events, and community outreach initiatives.br/br/What are we looking for ️‍♀️ • Fluentbr/br/Spanishbr/br/ intermediary levelbr/br/English •br/br/Comitment to 3 months of internship (30 hours per week). •br/br/Proactiveness, independence, positive energy and a drive to learn new things and be the best at what you do. •br/br/Be mobile!
