Working autonomously from requirements definition through to project handover, you will manage thebmechanical package design studies (HVAC, Plumbing...) /b and provide technical support throughout the construction phases. /p pMore specifically, your main responsibilities will include: /p ul lipDesign optimized technical solutions, including the sizing of building services systems and preparation of technical specifications and documentation, /p /li lipSupervise the production of design drawings and schematics in coordination with the Engineering and BIM teams, /p /li lipPrepare tender documentation, review and critically assess contractors' proposals, and provide technical recommendations, /p /li lipTake ownership of the technical solutions and engineering decisions for your discipline,



ensuring compliance with project requirements and applicable standards, /p /li lipLead technical coordination meetings and support the monitoring of construction activities to ensure proper execution on site, /p /li lipParticipate in commissioning activities and carry out pre-handover inspections and acceptance procedures. /p /li /ul pYou hold a bMechanical Engineering /b degree (or equivalent) and have at least b10 years /b of experience in the design of HVAC in bindustrial building projects /b. /p pRecognized for your interpersonal skills and technical expertise, you are comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
