In this role you drive the planning and operational oversight of Medical Affairs programs, partnering with Integral Medical Directors to ensure timely, compliant execution and insightful reporting. You will lead cross-functional coordination, governance, and budget management to enable senior leadership decision-making. You’ll push for operational excellence, process simplification, and robust risk management in a dynamic matrix environment. This is an opportunity to shape medical programs at a global scale and contribute to the company’s mission of advancing medicine.

• Serve as the operational lead for the medical strategy of assigned programs
• Coordinate Medical Directors, SciComms, Study Management, Finance and partners to ensure clear governance
• Lead TA-owned medical budgets planning and consolidate reports with insights for monthly leadership reviews
• Collaborate with Global and International Medical Affairs Medical Directors on operational planning and reporting
• Translate complex plans into actionable insights for program forums to enable strategic decisions
• Drive operational excellence: data consolidation, cross-functional meetings, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and compliance safeguarding
• Manage functional interfaces and act as single point of contact for disease area and cross-functional partners
• Lead Program Medical Affairs Team meetings (agendas, minutes, actions) to ensure accountability
• Oversee and track program objectives and deliverables, reporting risks and mitigations, and ensuring adherence to review and documentation processes
• Contribute to Portfolio and Program Management team objectives and culture-building, representing the function in key meetings
Responsabilidades
• Advanced degree or equivalent education in life sciences or healthcare; Doctor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Philosophy preferred
• At least 8 years of proven operational experience in planning, executing, and reporting global or international programs in pharma or CRO
• Ability to work independently in a complex matrix environment, including remote teams
• Strong program management skills with track xqbhyrx record of meeting timelines and delivering high-quality results
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
• In-depth understanding of medical affairs activities, GCP, and global drug development processes
• Experience in budget planning, resource allocation, and management of operational issues in medical affairs or clinical research
• Proven leadership in operational aspects, including process adherence, risk management, and compliance with quality standards
