ph3Position Overview /h3 pJoin Deutsche Bank’s Operational / Non-Financial Risk team and help strengthen the management of operational and third-party risks across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders across different business areas, supporting risk assessments, monitoring activities, and continuous improvement initiatives while developing your expertise in a dynamic international environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and oversee Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and outsourcing governance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining effective engagement with regulators and senior stakeholders. /li liCoordinate the implementation of the Operational Resilience framework, including ICT risk oversight, third-party dependencies, regulatory reporting, and legal entity compliance obligations. /li liProvide independent operational risk oversight and challenge across key risk domains, including incident management, scenario analysis, operational losses, and control effectiveness. /li liAct as a trusted advisor on risk governance, identifying, escalating, and addressing issues that could impact the organization’s resilience, risk profile, or reputation. /li liFoster strong cross-functional partnerships and drive risk governance, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement projects to strengthen the overall risk management framework. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of Non-Financial Risk, Operational Risk Management, or Third-Party Risk Management. /li liProven ability to analyze risk data, incidents, and key risk indicators and communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders. /li liGood understanding of regulatory requirements and the broader banking and control environment.
