ph3Senior Planning Engineer /h3 pR Senior Planning Engineer (Open) /p h3Job Description Summary /h3 pWe are looking for a Senior Planning Engineer to join our Growth Business Unit, based in Italy or in Spain. /p h3Job Description /h3 h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and manage integrated project schedules (from Level 1 up to Level 5) from baseline definition through periodic updates. /li liSet, monitor and control schedule baselines, ensuring alignment between planned activities, presente progress and approved milestones. /li liPerform critical path analysis, identify delays and risks, and provide reliable forecasts of key milestones and project completion dates. /li liMonitor planning performance using appropriate progress measurement techniques, including schedule KPIs, S-curves and earned value analysis. /li liPrepare recovery schedules, mitigation plans and time impact analyses to support decision‑making related to delays or changes. /li liCoordinate planning inputs across departments. /li liReview EPC Contractors’ planning deliverables, ensuring logic integrity, realism and compliance with contractual requirements. /li liLead planning review meetings and ensure effective follow‑up of planning‑related actions. /li liProduce clear planning reports, including progress status, risks and forecasts, for project teams and management.



/li liApply and contribute to the continuous improvement of planning methodologies, tools and standards. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. /li liSolid experience in project planning and scheduling within EPC, infrastructure, energy or industrial projects; experience in renewable energy projects is considered a strong plus. /li liProven capability in managing integrated schedules, baseline control and progress monitoring. /li liStrong knowledge of CPM, progress measurement and schedule performance analysis. /li liMinimum 8-10 years of relevant professional experience in project planning and scheduling. /li liFluent English is required. /li /ul h3Tools /h3 ul liProficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. /li liExperience with Planisware is a plus. /li /ul h3Skills Competencies /h3 ul liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liStructured, detail‑oriented approach with the ability to maintain a high‑level project view. /li liClear communication skills and confidence in interacting with multiple stakeholders. /li liProactive, reliable and results‑oriented mindset. /li /ul h3Salary Range /h3 pPermanent contract, ABS 70-75k + variable bonus. /p h3Location /h3 pRoma /p h3Time Type /h3 pFull time /p h3Worker Subtype /h3 pRegular /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
