In this role you will bridge Programmes and Procurement to ensure on-time, on-cost, and high-quality delivery of products and services for Space Electronics programs. You will consolidate needs, coordinate procurement actions, and manage performance dashboards to support multiple space missions. You’ll lead tendering, supplier selection, and cross-functional collaboration to drive value and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, trust-based environment. This is a chance to shape how procurement enables cutting-edge space hardware across programs.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and align procurement approaches with Programme needs
• Organise tender evaluation and supplier selection/negotiation per project constraints
• Coordinate Supply Management functions (Procurement Contract Management, Commodity Management, Supply Chain u0026 Quality Management, Supplier Development)
• Ensure consistent application of procurement processes
• Prepare cost brochures detailing Supply Management commitments




• Act as focal point for Product Line / Project regarding procurement matters
• Ensure delivery of hardware and related services (OQ/OT)
• Facilitate information exchange and lessons learned between projects
• Provide consolidated Supply Management reporting (costs, TCO, metrics, risks, opportunities)
• Manage subcontracted activities (e.g., EGSEs, Harness) with Programmes and MFTs
• Be the project’s preferred interface to the organization
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or finance
• English and Spanish negotiation level xqbhyrx
• Experience in Procurement and/or Legal and/or Commercial
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating procurement and/or commercial contracts
• Experience interfacing with customers and suppliers and engaging with senior management
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes (proposal review, negotiation, export control, subcontract management, supplier management, invoicing and payment, dispute resolution)
• Autonomous, rigorous, customer-oriented mindset with prioritization ability
