Join an international company in Madrid as a Polish-Speaking Account Executive and manage the full sales cycle in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

-

- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and client meetings to subscription closure.

- Manage free trial processes.

- Handle auto-assigned leads.

- Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team after subscription.

- Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).

- Handle approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day .

Requirements

-

- Native or bilingual Polish

- Native or bilingual English

- Must already reside in Spain

- 1–6 years of commercial experience (BDR, SDR, call center, or outbound prospecting)

- Comfortable with high-volume cold calling

- KPI and metrics-oriented

- Availability aligned with the US time zone
