In this role you will lead the collection and interpretation of patient experience insights for diabetic macular edema and uveitis to shape patient-centric Brand strategies. You will collaborate with Brand and In-Field teams to define target segments, refine positioning, and drive Close Loop Marketing engagement. You will design and deploy multi-channel marketing activities while ensuring compliant, emotionally resonant Brand messaging. You will guide Brand planning, monitor KPIs and ROI, and foster a high-performing Brand Team aligned with AbbVie’s mission.

• Ensure consistency of branding and emotional messaging across materials




• Design and implement marketing activities including partnerships and multi-channel initiatives
• Align in-field materials and strategies with brand objectives and momentum
• Contribute to Strategic Brand Plan inputs and coordinate 1-year Tactical and Long Range Plans
• Lead and coach direct reports, manage budget and brand Pu0026L, track ROI
• Foster collaboration within the Brand Team and ensure cross-functional involvement
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Marketing experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals xqbhyrx with proven track record
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable marketing actions
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of healthcare environment and marketing principles
• Knowledge of finance principles and processes
• English and Spanish proficiency
• Sales and Marketing success in pharma
• At least 2 years of people management
• National and international mobility
