Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview In this role you provide administrative and operational support to the local IT leadership in a growing, multi-ART tech environment. You will streamline day-to-day operations, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and reporting to reduce the leadership's administrative workload. This hands-on, non-leadership position suits someone who thrives on organization, process management, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll engage with IT, HR, and support teams to help IT operate smoothly and compliantly, contributing to efficient IT governance.

- Serve as SPOC between IT management and Talent Acquisition for open roles; schedule interviews, track progress, and collect feedback

- Manage job requisitions, approvals, and recruitment-related admin; prepare hiring status updates and headcount reports

- Coordinate onboarding for new joiners to ensure timely completion of tasks; collaborate with HR and stakeholders for a smooth experience

- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and team documentation; track resource planning and key activities

- Coordinate recurring meetings, draft agendas, minutes, and follow up on actions; maintain departmental docs

- Support compliance with group-wide processes, policies, and reporting requirements; act as local contact for routine requests

- Assist IT leadership with operational planning and general administrative tasks

Key Requirements

- 1-3 years in administrative support, operations coordination,



recruitment coordination, PMO support, or similar

- experience in corporate/finance/ professional services environment is a plus

- fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication

- excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

- high attention to detail; consistent with processes

- ability to work with stakeholders across teams and locations

- basic understanding of IT roles and team structures desirable

- familiarity with Agile environments (Scrum or SAFe) is a plus but not required

- discretion with sensitive information
