This role involves the development and operations of Monitoring and Data Analytics Tools for the Network Control Platform of Deutsche Telekom Germany (AAA Fixed Net Germany).#### Responsibilities
* Take
**end-to-end responsibility
** for the monitoring platforms.
* Help
**evolve monitoring platforms
** across both traditional infrastructure and cloud-native environments.### Your ProfileWe are looking for a
**DevOps Engineer
** with a strong focus on monitoring and observability, possessing deep technical expertise in cloud-native environments, Linux administration, and automation tools.#### Must Have Skills
* Strong experience with monitoring and observability tools, specifically
**Checkmk, Grafana, and Kibana
*** Good understanding of
**OpenTelemetry
** and modern observability concepts (collectors, exporters, metrics, logs, and traces)
* Solid
**Linux administration
** skills
* Experience with
**VMware
** and
**Kubernetes-based
** cloud environments
* Knowledge of container technologies such as
**Docker
** or similar runtimes
* Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools, including
**GitLab, GitLab CI/CD, Artifactory, and Git
*** Scripting or programming skills, preferably in
**Python and Bash
*** Experience with
**APIs, YAML, JSON
**, and the automation of operational tasks
* Fundamental knowledge of networking, including
**DNS, load balancing, and firewalls




*** Strong teamwork and communication skills
* A structured, solution-oriented mindset
* Ability to create and maintain technical documentation in
**English
*** Knowledge of rollout management based on
**ITIL/corporate processes
** (Incident, Problem, and Change management)#### Nice to Have Skills
* Experience in both
**classic and agile
