Your responsibilities

-

- Leading, developing and motivating a multidisciplinary team of more than 30 staff in the areas of pre-sales support, solution consultancy, solution design and detailed planning

- Defining and communicating a clear vision and strategy for the solution consultancy, design and engineering division, aligned with Element Logic’s global growth targets

- Responsibility for the quality, consistency and competitiveness of warehouse automation solutions throughout the entire pre-sales and design lifecycle

- Transforming and scaling the division to support business units worldwide by establishing the structures, processes, methods and tools required for international growth

- Promoting standardisation, reusability and continuous improvement of design and engineering practices to enhance quality and efficiency at scale

- Nurturing and developing talent – coaching leaders, building capabilities and fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration and personal responsibility

- You have the ability to influence high-level stakeholders, clients and general teams and to align them towards a common goal. Full professional proficiency in English is required;
German is an advantage.

- You have excellent communication skills, understand how effective stakeholder management works and possess presentation skills at management level

Place of work: Bad Friedrichshall, Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Barcelona, Madrid or UK with the option to work from home.

Start date: by agreement.

Contract type: Permanent employment.
