As part of this expansion, we're looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead hiring across Product and Engineering functions. This is a strategic role where you'll work closely with senior business leaders to attract exceptional technical talent, influence hiring strategy, and help shape a high-performing technology organisation. Responsibilities Own end-to-end recruitment for Product and Engineering positions across multiple seniority levels. Partner with hiring managers and leadership to develop effective hiring strategies. Build and maintain strong pipelines of technical talent through proactive sourcing. Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial engagement through to offer. Use market insights and recruitment data to improve hiring outcomes. Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and ways of working.



About You 5+ years' experience recruiting technical talent within high-growth or technology-led businesses. Strong track record of hiring Software Engineers, Product professionals, and other technical specialists. Previous in-house Talent Acquisition experience. Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions. Experienced in sourcing passive candidates using a variety of channels. Data-driven with excellent organisational and communication skills. Fluent in English;
