The Finance Controller will be responsible for building, structuring, and managing the financial reporting framework of an international business perimeter, ensuring full alignment with Group standards (IFRS) and supporting the implementation of new systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Closing:
- Prepare and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing
- Perform variance analysis vs budget, forecast, and prior periods
- Deliver structured management reporting to Group Finance
IFRS & Accounting Alignment:
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/IAS standards and Group accounting policies
- Manage the bridge between Local GAAP and IFRS reporting
- Support implementation of key standards (IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IFRS 9)
- Liaise with auditors
Planning, Forecasting & Performance:
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes (Budget, 3+9, reforecasts)
