Responsibilities
Daily/Weekly sales analysis to implement actions to sustain and optimize sales (stock rebalancing, incentives, visual merchandising).
In-depth ad hoc analysis to better understand the business and identify opportunities (business reviews, COMEX, ongoing reporting).
Direct contact with merchandisers in local markets to understand local performance, needs and upcoming events;
assist them in daily requests.
Collaborate with Demand Planning/Distribution for deliveries and stock monitoring (permanent and newness offers) and address ad hoc subjects (delivery priorities, cancellations).
Contribute to increasing sales plan accuracy in collaboration with the sales planning team.
Collaborate with Collection Merchandising to discuss market needs and sales performance.
Elaborate end-of-season sales strategy (stock analysis and visual proposal).
Collect market intelligence and trends to stay informed on business needs.
Work with CRM to better understand client profiles.
Communicate with training on key information and possible actions for launches.
Lead buying strategy for the categories to meet business and client needs while sustaining image and monitoring assortment efficiency.
Set collection total sales ambition, prebuys, central buying strategy, and cluster strategy.
Consolidate and analyze regional sales;
finalize orders to Supply Chain, manage assortment and product lifecycle.
Profile / Qualifications
Based in Madrid or willing to relocate to Madrid;
travel adaptable (main destination is Paris).
5 years of experience in regional or central sales merchandising;
leather goods category experience preferred.
Experience with luxury and fashion brands.
Client- and business-oriented mindset with product and fashion sensibility.
Analytical mindset;
highly organized.
Power BI or Anaplan knowledge is a plus.
Proactiveness and flexibility in a constantly evolving industry.
Strong team player with high communication skills.
Fluent English is required (international team / communication with international markets).
