Description: We are hiring Danish, Swedish and Norwegian speakers for customer support roles in Málaga, with a start date in August.
This is frontline support for European companies that actually care how their customers are treated. You will be the first person a customer talks to when something goes wrong, handling questions over chat, email and phone in your own language. No scripts to read word for word, no reading from a checklist. You get proper product training, then you are trusted to solve the problem in front of you.
What the day looks like Handling incoming customer questions across chat, email and phone in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian
Working out what the customer actually needs, not just what they asked
Escalating the cases that need a specialist, and following them through to a resolution
Keeping notes and case records clean so the next person picking it up has what they need
Flagging the issues you see coming up again and again, so they get fixed properly
What you need Fluent or native Danish, Swedish or Norwegian
Good working English, since that is the internal language of the team
Clear, calm written and spoken communication




Comfortable with computers and picking up new systems quickly
Already living in Málaga, or genuinely ready to relocate for an August start
Previous customer service or contact centre experience helps, but it is not a requirement. Plenty of people start this role with none.
