The Advanced Biofabrication for Tissue Engineering research group, led by Daniel Nieto at the University of A Coruña, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with proven experience in strategic management, fundraising,



and scaling of technology and biomedical startups to work within the framework of the ORALREGENERIX project.
Previous experience in deeptech, biotech, medtech, or technology spin?off companies will be highly valued.
Responsibilities
Development and execution of the business plan.
Securing public and private funding (venture capital, business angels, grants, EIC, CDTI, etc.).
Managing investor relationships and preparing investment rounds.
Developing strategic alliances and commercial agreements.
Coordinating regulatory activities and market access strategy.
Overseeing organizational growth and business structuring.
Representing the company before investors, partners, and public bodies.
Supporting intellectual property and commercialization strategy.
Qualifications
Proven experience in managing and leading technology or biomedical startups.
Experience in investment acquisition and fundraising.
Experience in negotiating with investors and closing funding rounds.
Experience in business development and corporate strategy.
Knowledge of the startup ecosystem, venture capital, and technology
