Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead risk and opportunity management across the accountable business, aligning with Airbus Group ERM policy. You will establish ROM plans, drive ROM activities with stakeholders, and ensure clear accountabilities. You’ll monitor risk treatment execution, provide management assurance, and uphold compliance and transparency in risk u0026amp;
opportunity processes. This position offers impact on financial reliability, system effectiveness, and strategic risk control within the group.

Establish the ROM context and plan
Schedule and manage ROM activities with stakeholders
Clarify accountability for risk/opportunity ownership and response actions
Foster a proactive ROM mindset within the team
Closely monitor the execution of risk treatment actions
Provide assurance on financial reporting reliability and ERM effectiveness to management
Ensure compliance with risk u0026 opportunity rules, regulations and procedures




Implement and operate the risk u0026 opportunity management strategy
Maintain awareness of potential compliance risks and act with integrity
Responsabilidades
Experience with enterprise risk management and ROM processes
Ability to manage cross-functional ROM activities and stakeholder coordination
Understanding of compliance and governance within risk management
Attention to integrity and timely risk monitoring
Strategic thinking for ERM system design and operational effectiveness
