Manage and execute the onboarding process for new clientsConduct onboarding sessions, training, and product walkthroughsCoordinate with Sales and Marketing for smooth client handoversManage and optimize
PPC campaigns

outbound calls
to engage, follow up, and support new and existing clientsTrack onboarding progress and ensure timely completionRequirements
C1 or higher level of Dutch (written and spoken)C1 or higher level of English
(written and spoken)Bachelors degree or higher is preferredMinimum 20 months of experience in Sales or MarketingStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsCustomer-focused mindset with good problem-solving abilitiesExperience with CRM and marketing tools (preferred)What We Offer
