In the Customer Success organization, creating impactful experiences for our customers is our most important goal. As a Product Adoption Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in the Design & Manufacturing space as they begin their journey with Autodesk solutions.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customers during product activation - guiding them through login, user assignment, and project setup.
Drive a high volume of quality engagements via phone, email, and other digital channels to maximize customer impact.
Develop and execute onboarding and adoption strategies that increase customer value and product usage.
Support customers through early product milestones,
identifying and resolving friction points before they become risk.
Analyze activation and usage data to identify trends, surface insights, and improve customer outcomes.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Channel Partners, and Support to drive customer success milestones.
Document all customer activity and opportunities accurately in Salesforce.
Minimum Qualifications
Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
Experience in a customer‑facing role - Customer Success, Account Management, technical support, or similar.
Familiarity with Autodesk Fusion or comparable D & M tools (e.g. SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX).
Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to a range of audiences.
Comfortable managing multiple customer accounts and priorities simultaneously.
