We work with the most important integral manufacturers of wind turbines blades operating internationally. In line with our growth strategy, we are currently seeking a motivated and curious new member to join our team and contribute to our Sales and Business development department.

Mission of the role: Your mission will be to define, implement, and improve manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with production standards and quality procedures, both in our current facility and in our new plant, currently under construction.
- Define and improve manufacturing processes.
- Manage FMEA, Control Plans, Control Instructions and Process flow charts.
- Work alongside the Manufacturing Manager to ensure production meets established quality standards.
- Lead the company's quality processes.
- Support the process design for our new plant.




- Define and supervise maintenance activities, coordinating internal and/or external resources.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Operations area.

What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering, Higher Technician in Industrial Chemistry, or similar qualification.
- English level B2.
- 3 years of experience in the chemical industry (paints, resins, or cosmetics manufacturing).
- Experience defining manufacturing processes for paints, resins, or cosmetics.

Valuable :
- Training in APQP, VDA 6.3.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001.
- Experience with APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, and Control Instructions.
- Experience with TPM.
