Role Overview

As a Braze TechConsultant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and provide technical solutions using the Braze platform, as well as creating, managing, and optimising Braze campaigns to enhance customer engagement, retention, and conversion. You will be responsible for the successful implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimisation of Braze for our clients, ensuring they achieve their marketing and customer engagement goals.
Responsibilities

Client Engagement

Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements.




Conduct technical discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
Provide technical guidance and best practices to clients to help them leverage the full capabilities of the Braze platform.
Implementation and Configuration

Lead the implementation and configuration of Braze for new clients, including setting up data integrations, user segmentation, messaging channels, and automation workflows.
Work with clients to design and implement custom solutions using Braze's APIs and SDKs.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during the implementation process.
Campaign Creation and Management

Design, build, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Braze.
Develop personalised and segmented campaigns based on user behaviour, preferences, and data insights.
Implement A/B tests to optimise campaign performance.
Use Braze’s analytics tools to track and measure the success of campaigns
