As a Customer Support Expert, you will help users across different platforms and services, ensuring a smooth, safe, and high-quality experience.
Stay informed about the specific project’s policies, products, and guidelines
Communicate clearly and professionally, in writing and verbally
Investigate and resolve inquiries related to accounts, usage, and service issues
Respond to user questions with high quality, speed, and empathy
Analyze incoming data to enhance the overall user experience




Support enforcement of platform or service rules when required
Review reported content or cases within agreed timeframes
C1 level Spanish
Good English (B2)
