The Team

A&M;’s Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice is looking to hire a Director /Senior Associate with deep expertise in S&OP;, digital transformation, and AI-enabled operations across any region.

This role is focused on leading and delivering large-scale transformation programmes for private equity-backed portfolio companies, with a particular emphasis on Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;), demand and supply planning optimisation,



and the application of digital tools and AI to improve operational performance. You will work closely with PE deal teams and operating partners to drive end-to-end value creation across the value chain.

How You Will Contribute

Lead the design and transformation of end-to-end S&OP; processes, improving alignment between demand planning, supply chain, and commercial functions
Diagnose inefficiencies in planning, forecasting, and execution processes, identifying opportunities for digitalisation and AI-enabled decision making
Develop and implement advanced planning solutions, including scenario modelling, predictive analytics, and automation tools
Drive data-driven operational improvements, leveraging AI, machine learning, and digital dashboards to enhance visibility and decision-making speed
Partner with client leadership teams to embed next-generation S&OP; capabilities across organisations
Identify and quantify value creation opportunities across supply ch
