Role Description The Financial Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining general ledgers, processing invoices, and preparing journal entries. This full-time role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, supporting monthly and annual closings, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in line with applicable standards. The person in this role will monitor budgets, analyze variances,



and provide financial insights to support decision-making across the association. Additional responsibilities include using accounting software to reconcile accounts, manage payments and collections, and assist with internal controls and compliance. This is a hybrid role based in Barcelona, with a combination of on-site work in the 22@ district and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Reporting to support budgeting, analysis, and preparation of accurate reports.
Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
