We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Paralegal / Contract Specialist to join our Integral Legal team, supporting Legal Operations with a concentrated focus in construction and power. This role is ideal for someone with foundational legal training and hands-on experience in contract review, regulatory compliance, and project documentation within these sectors, with growing exposure to contract lifecycle management and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Provide legal and contract support on construction and power engagements and transactions across the contract lifecycle, including intake, review, execution, and post-execution tracking.
Assist in reviewing, redlining, and formatting contracts, subcontracts, service agreements, and project correspondence related to construction and energy projects.
Support contract governance processes, including contract intake, approval workflows, execution, and documentation in accordance with internal policies.
Assist in identifying key contractual terms, deviations, and risk areas,



escalating issues to senior legal team members as appropriate.
Maintain and organize contract records, templates, and legal documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
Support the administration and ongoing use of contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems (e.g., Conga CLM, DocuSign CLM), including tracking contract status, key dates, and obligations.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., project management, procurement, engineering, finance) to facilitate contract requests and ensure alignment with legal and business requirements.
Liaise closely with business unit teams as needed on contract-related matters, including standard terms, process guidance, and documentation support.
Assist in maintaining and improving contract templates and standard forms to support consistency and efficiency.
Support regulatory filings, permitting processes, and compliance tracking
