As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a strategic role in shaping the foundational user experience across web and mobile platforms. This position focuses on creating scalable UX frameworks, defining reusable interaction patterns, and influencing the long-term evolution of a complex product ecosystem. Working at the intersection of design, product, and engineering, you will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across all experiences. You will have the opportunity to drive information architecture initiatives, champion user-centered design principles, and establish design foundations that empower other teams to build efficiently. Accountabilities:




- Define and evolve the product's information architecture to ensure intuitive navigation, clarity, and consistency across web and mobile experiences.
- Establish and maintain core UX patterns and structural frameworks that serve as scalable foundations for product teams.
- Design end-to-end user experiences, managing projects from research and ideation through prototyping, validation, and implementation.
- Collaborate closely with design system teams and engineers to ensure solutions are technically feasible, reusable, and aligned with broader product standards.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve user experiences.
