Join THOST Project Management and play a key role in the successful delivery of a large-scale industrial construction programme.

- Develop, maintain and continuously improve the schedules for the assigned Construction packages, ensuring alignment with project execution strategies and programme objectives.
- Review contractor schedules, monitor progress and challenge scheduling assumptions where necessary to ensure realistic and achievable delivery plans.
- Analyse schedule performance, critical paths, milestone status and recovery scenarios to support construction management and project management decision-making.
- Coordinate scheduling interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, permitting, commissioning and other project stakeholders.
- Support weekly and monthly scheduling meetings, providing clear schedule analyses and recommendations.
- Identify scheduling risks, delays and opportunities, supporting the development of practical recovery strategies.
- Work closely with the IMS Scheduling Specialist to ensure alignment between package schedules and the Client Integrated Master Schedule.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil, Industrial, Mechanical or equivalent Engineering discipline.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in project scheduling within large EPC, industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience managing construction schedules for complex building or infrastructure packages.
- Experience working with EPC Contractors in industrial construction environments.
- Previous experience in automotive, battery manufacturing, logistics, energy or similar industrial projects is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with FIDIC contract environments is desirable.
- English and Spanish — Professional working proficiency (mandatory), German — Advantageous.
