In this role, you will lead end-to-end business analysis across Veeva Clinical Vault products, partnering closely with global business leaders, Digital, Data and IT teams, and vendors to improve clinical operations, strengthen delivery quality, and enable better user adoption. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead elicitation, documentation, and management of business requirements across assigned products. /liliFacilitate workshops, interviews, and process deep dives with general stakeholders. /liliTranslate needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. /liliEvaluate vendor proposals for alignment, feasibility, quality, and compliance expectations. /liliCollaborate with vendors on solution design, refinement, sprint delivery, and issue resolution. /liliSupport backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and delivery readiness for product releases. /liliCoordinate user acceptance testing, defect resolution, change documentation, and deployment readiness. /liliIdentify improvement opportunities to harmonize processes and reduce operational inefficiencies. /liliEnsure solutions meet validation, documentation, audit, and regulated environment standards. /li /ulh3Essential Requirements /h3ulli7- 10 or more years of business analysis experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments. /liliStrong knowledge of clinical operations processes and regulated product delivery.

competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. /ppIn addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
