ppAs a Timesheet Administrator, you'll manage the end-to-end timesheet process for workers and contractors across the EU and Rest of the World (ROW). This role is essential in ensuring timesheets are accurately processed, approved, and ready for payroll and invoicing within strict deadlines. You'll work closely with workers, clients, agencies, and internal teams to support efficient timesheet management and contribute to the smooth running of our integral operations. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liAdministering the end-to-end timesheet process for workers and contractors across the EU and ROW. /li liProcessing high volumes of timesheets within strict payroll and invoicing deadlines. /li liMonitoring outstanding timesheets and proactively following up with workers, clients, and agencies to ensure timely submission and approval. /li liValidating timesheet data to ensure accuracy and resolving discrepancies before payroll processing. /li liMaintaining accurate records of timesheet submissions, approvals, and supporting documentation. /li liUpdating timesheet information across ERP systems, CRM platforms, customer portals, and internal databases. /li liLiaising with Payroll, Finance, Sales, and Client Services teams to ensure seamless processing. /li liResponding to timesheet-related queries from workers, clients, and internal stakeholders. /li liSupporting payroll and invoicing teams by ensuring approved timesheet data is available on time. /li liProducing reports on outstanding, overdue, and completed timesheets. /li liIdentifying process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.



/li liEnsuring all activities are completed in accordance with internal procedures and service level agreements (SLAs). /li liIdentifying and suggesting process improvements to enhance timesheets efficiency. /li /ul h3We7d like to hear from someone that /h3 ul liHas previous experience in timesheet administration, payroll administration, or a similar operational role. /li liIs experienced in processing high volumes of administrative tasks accurately. /li liHas excellent attention to detail and strong data entry skills. /li liCommunicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders. /li liIs highly organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills. /li liWorks well under pressure and consistently meets deadlines. /li liHas experience using ERP systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications. /li liIs confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. /li liDemonstrates strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies. /li liIs self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently. /li liLearns quickly and adapts to new systems and processes. /li liDemonstrates excellent attendance and punctuality. /li liHas strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies. /li li(Bonus) Has experience supporting international payroll or workforce management operations. /li /ul h3WhatFs next? /h3 pSalary is €26,000.
