Your Responsibilities

- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing new business.

- Conduct product demonstrations and guide clients through free trials.

- Build strong relationships with potential customers and understand their business needs.

- Manage a high volume of outbound calls and sales activities.

- Achieve sales KPIs related to calls, conversions, and recurring revenue.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Working Schedule

- Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 18:00

- Friday: 09:00 – 15:00

- Availability aligned with the U.S. time zone is appreciated, especially during onboarding.

Requirements

-

- Native or fluent Czech

- Fluent English

- 1–6 years of experience in Sales, BDR, SDR, Outbound Sales, or Call Center

- Comfortable with cold calling and KPI-driven environments

- Must already reside in Spain

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
