Experteer Overview In this role you drive business-technology transformation by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and supporting digital, data and AI initiatives. You bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet strategic goals and deliver measurable value. You’ll design and document process improvements, support change adoption, and contribute to project delivery and performance reporting. You’ll work in a cross-functional setting within AXA Group Operations, shaping impactful transformations at scale. - Requirements gathering and analysis with stakeholders to document business needs
- Analyze current processes and identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate across teams to design process enhancements and system improvements
- Facilitate stakeholder communication between business units, IT, and external vendors
- Support change management activities to ensure adoption of new processes
- Assist with project planning,



scheduling, and tracking; support testing activities including UAT
- Define KPIs and monitor project outcomes; prepare reports for leadership
- Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trendsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in Business Administration (or related field)
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in transformation/change initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with process modeling, requirements management tools, and project management methodologies
- Knowledge of change management principles and techniques
- Business acumen and customer-oriented mindset
- Autonomy, curiosity, and innovation capability
- English fluent (speaking and writing)
- Experience in an international environment is a plus
