With a team of 5,000 employees, we provide €1.6bn energy storage solutions and services to customers worldwide, every year. /p h3About the job: /h3 pFor our growing division Automotive in Azuqueca de Henares (Spain) at the earliest possible date we are looking for a: bMaintenance Supervisor /b /p pReporting to the Maintenance Manager your mission will be to organize and control area Maintenance, both corrective and preventive, of the facilities to achieve optimal machine availability, avoiding downtime and its costs in hours and materials. Establish the action plan for area Maintenance, including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance. Optimize the operation of machines to reduce breakdowns and downtime. Prepare and propose projects and studies for the conditioning and improvement of the facilities. Ensure the safety and health of workers and assist in complying with environmental regulations. /p h3What will your daily responsibilities include in this role? /h3 ul liPrepares and schedules action plans for the repair of breakdowns. - Assists in detecting breakdowns when required. /li liPrepares documentation and spare parts for possible maintenance actions. /li liSupervises new electrical installations and oversees their commissioning. /li liNegotiates with suppliers regarding the replacement of spare parts, including specifications and delivery times. /li liPersonally collaborates in maintenance tasks. /li liMonitors preventive maintenance. /li liMonitors predictive maintenance. /li liCollaborates with Engineering in the improvement, modification, and development of new installations. /li liControls working hours through vouchers and evaluates them.



/li liHandles subcontracting and ensures that contracted work is properly executed. /li liOrganizes and supervises the warehouse of spare parts. - Communicates procedures and instructions related to the work carried out in their area of responsibility. /li liEnsure compliance with said procedures and instructions by the workers under their supervision. /li liInform the affected workers of the risks present in the workplaces and of the preventive and protective measures to be adopted, properly training them to enable the safe and responsible execution of the tasks assigned to them. /li liBe part of the investigation team for all accidents and incidents that occur in their work area, if required. /li liPromote the development of a preventive culture in line with the established policy and, in particular, encourage basic preventive actions such as orderliness, cleanliness, signage, and general maintenance, and carry out their monitoring and control. /li liApply, to the best of their technical and hierarchical abilities, the preventive measures and improvement suggestions proposed by their workers. /li liPay special attention to those dangerous situations that may arise when risks could be aggravated or altered during the course of the process due to the occurrence of other operations, in order to take immediate corrective measures and/or ensure the correct application of work methods. /li liGive priority to the maintenance reports received related to EHS in order to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. /li liDo not consider a repair completed until all safety elements are installed and functioning correctly. /li /ul h3What we ask for: /h3 ul liEngineering Degree. /li liAt least 2 years of experience in an industry company in a Technical Department, monthly in mechanic maintenance. /li liTechnical acknowledgment about high voltage, electronics, mechanical, preventive, corrective and reactive maintenance.



/li liDeep knowledge on safety and environmental topics regarding machinery legal requirements. /li liExperience managing quality and Environmental, Health Safety in a complex environment with stringent customer and regulatory specifications and quality standards, and in environments with a high demand /li liUnderstanding of manufacturing cost drivers and knowledgeable of continuous cost improvement processes including VAVE. PM, TPM, Kaizen, and SMED experience. OEE. /li liKnowledge and experience in TPM. /li liExperience setting and managing annual budget.
