You will work with large volumes of data and integral tools and data platforms, within an international environment (present in more than 18 countries), contributing to the development of models that directly impact business decision-making. /p h3What will your mission be? /h3 pDesign, develop, and implement data models and predictive models, applying artificial intelligence techniques to optimize HR, Comms ESG processes. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and implementation of data models and predictive models in HR /li liApplication of Artificial Intelligence techniques to people-related processes /li liAnalysis and exploration of large data sets /li liAutomation of analytical processes and solutions /li liDevelopment of data mining initiatives /li liGeneration of actionable insights for the business /li liCollaboration with international teams on transformation projects /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics,
