As our Business Compliance Squad grows, we’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance & Data Protection Manager to support licensing, regulatory reporting, compliance, and data privacy initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in iGaming regulatory compliance, ideally within B2B gaming, operators, legal, or advisory environments.
- Strong knowledge of gambling regulations across markets such as the UK, Greece, Sweden, Peru, Gibraltar, Romania, Ontario, and the Isle of Man.
- Experience with licensing, audits, regulatory reporting, and regulator communications.
- Understanding of GDPR and other privacy laws.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to interpret regulatory changes and turn them into practical actions.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in international teams.

Nice to have
- Experience with market entry projects and compliance gap analysis.




- Hands-on data privacy management experience (DPIAs, RoPA, data mapping, retention policies).
- Relevant legal, compliance, or privacy certifications.

What You’ll Do
- Monitor and interpret gambling regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support licensing activities, audits, regulatory filings, and reporting.
- Coordinate responses to regulators and maintain compliance records.
- Advise internal teams on compliance obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and maintain the company’s data protection framework and GDPR compliance.
- Improve privacy processes, policies, and internal controls.
