/li /ul h3Weekend Availability /h3 pThis role requires occasional weekend work to perform data migrations during customer downtime. Typically, this involves an session and may occur up to 1–2 weekends per month during peak periods, although there may also be extended periods without weekend work. /p pAll weekend work is planned, with at least 2 weeks’ notice. Overtime is either compensated financially or can be recovered as time off, in accordance with company policy. /p h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liExperience: Previous experience in data migration projects or database management. /li /ul pPrevious experience with DMS and ERP systems is highly valued (e.g., SerAuto, iCar, DataCar, Autoline, Quiter, etc.). /p ul liLanguages: Native Spanish or Portuguese speaker, with a strong understanding of both languages. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher). /li /ul ul liCommunication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. /li liTechnical Skills: ul liStrong SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, and basic query optimization. /li liAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis. /li liKnowledge of ETL tools or similar technologies (preferred). /li liStrong analytical skills and attention to detail. /li liAbility to work effectively in multicultural environments. /li /ul /li liInterpersonal Skills:
